Danish VISA is the part of KELLER Advokatfirma that deals with visas, temporary and permanent residence permits, assists businesses in getting competent labor to the country, and assists with family reunification and the purchase of real estate by foreigners.

We are the Danish law firm in CICERO League of International Lawyers. CICERO is represented by one exclusive law firm in many countries around the globe. With around 2,500 lawyers, CICERO League of International Lawyers represents many of the world’s major companies in contract negotiations and litigation, and we provide personal advice to private individuals on matters that can secure and maintain their wealth, reduce uncertainty, or resolve disputes that arise as part of life.
Through our international and global perspective outlook and network we have a big role to play when companies and private individuals need to optimie their positions across national borders and different countries’ legislation.
An area of law at KELLER Advokatfirma which is a product of our international work and our many international clients is our specialized legalization work. We support large global players and large Danish companies in ensuring that their Danish documents are recognized and can be used in other countries. Or in other words, we make sure that our clients can quickly efficiently and safely move on with their tasks, projects, and group establishments around the globe. We collaborate with skilled authorized translators on many of these tasks.
Legalization often means that more than one of our offices are involved in order to achieve a legalization as it is required in other countries and therefore it is important that you have an international set-up that is specialized smooth and efficient.
We are proud of our colleagues all over the world, and over many years a solid informal as well as formal collaboration has arisen between us, big and small.
From our office in Copenhagen, lawyer Flemming Keller Hendriksen has been an important part of the development of CICERO League of International Lawyers as a board member for more than eight years. Flemming is also the National Representative for Denmark for the European Lawyers Association (ELA), he has a 1st Graduate Diploma in International Business HD (U) from Copenhagen Business School, and Flemming is a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales and has a Diploma in English Commercial Law with merits from London, UK.
